Brownstone Tactical Group facilitates a national mentoring program that pairs CICs from smaller agencies with commanders from larger teams. This initiative enhances professional development, promotes the exchange of best practices, and strengthens Canada's tactical response capabilities from coast to coast.
Whether your agency responds to one critical incident per year or one per week, you'll have access to peer support, shared experiences, and proven tactical solutions.
The Accreditation Program is fully administered by Brownstone Tactical Group at no cost to participating agencies.
We handle all scheduling, tracking, and coordination of the five-point professional development criteria. Upon successful completion of the annual program, Brownstone Tactical Group issues an official Accreditation Certificate to each CIC's police agency.
This voluntary program is designed to advance our mission of providing the best training and support to Critical Incident Commanders throughout Canada. Participation demonstrates a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of tactical leadership.
